Responsibilities

• Support the recruitment process from vacancy briefing to placement.
• Source candidates via job boards, social media and referrals.
• Screen CVs and conduct candidate interviews.
• Build relationships with candidates and understand career goals.
• Assist with client account management and business development activities.
• Advertise vacancies across multiple platforms and maintain CRM records.
• Support with temporary, permanent and contract recruitment assignments.
• Work towards individual and team targets.
