After the most successful year that Daniel Owen has ever had, our growth plans continue, and we are looking to expand our Facilities Management team based in Oxford. We seek a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join a team that has experienced significant financial growth in the last 12 months.

Responsibilities include:

• Identifying and exploring new business opportunities through development and sales calls
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates
• Screening, interviewing, and placing candidates in suitable roles
• Building and managing your own team of experienced candidates
• Visiting clients and candidates on site
• Attending service review meetings with clients
• Building your social media presence to network within your market
