Role Details

• Business development to attract new clients
• Meeting with clients to understand their hiring needs
• Sourcing candidates via headhunting, networking, and advertising
• Interviewing and shortlisting candidates, preparing them for interviews, and providing feedback
• Negotiating contracts and handling reservations
• Building your online brand through content creation
• Advising clients on market trends and salary benchmarking
