Qualifications

• Recent graduates who worked throughout university alongside studies.
• Non-graduates with experience in fast-paced environments and a track record of achievement.

Responsibilities

• Interview and assess candidates.
• Build strong candidate relationships.
• Develop relationships with schools and clients.
• Source and attract candidates.
• Manage your own recruitment desk.
• Work towards weekly and monthly KPIs.
• Develop sales and negotiation skills.
• Grow client relationships.
• Work in a competitive, target-driven environment.
