• Participate in meetings and negotiate rates.
• Create job adverts and social media content to attract top talent.
• Proactively headhunt candidates with specific skill sets.
• Coordinate interviews and extend job offers to successful candidates.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
