The Good Stuff - Trainee Recruitment Consultant

• Base salary of £28k, rising to £30k after your first promotion
• Transparent career progression with achievable targets - first promotion within 6 months, potential to lead your own team after 3 years
• Uncapped commission structure scaling to 50% with an OTE of £55k in year one, and £65k in year two
• Dedicated learning and development team delivering a 4-week training programme with ongoing coaching
