• Build and develop relationships with clients across the Engineering and Technology sectors.

• Manage the full 360 recruitment process from business development to placement.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates.
• Advertise vacancies and proactively headhunt talent.
• Negotiate offers and manage recruitment processes through to completion.
• Build a specialist market and become a trusted recruitment partner.
