You will receive daily mentoring from two award-winning consultants and have a clear path to leadership with one-to-one training and development.

This role offers up to 40% uncapped commission, a base salary of £28,000–£32,000, and benefits including unlimited holiday once in management plus health and gym

Qualifications

• Graduate or Trainee seeking a fast-track career in recruitment.
• Motivation to work in a target-driven environment with mentoring.
• Willingness to learn one-to-one coaching from award-winning consultants.

Responsibilities

• Learn to manage your own recruitment business from scratch.
• Lead generation, candidate selection and recruitment project lifecycle.
• Work closely with directors and senior management for guidance and progression.
