Responsibilities

• Build and develop relationships with clients across the Engineering and Technology sectors
• Generate new business through outbound sales activity and cold calling
• Manage the full 360 recruitment process from business development to placement
• Source, screen, and interview candidates
• Advertise vacancies and proactively headhunt talent
• Negotiate offers and manage recruitment processes through to completion
• Build a specialist market and become a trusted recruitment partner
• Work towards individual and team performance targets
