Thrive Group in Shepton Mallet is recruiting a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our busy team. You will work in a fast-paced environment, building client relationships and supporting candidates from advert to interview.

The role offers full training, a competitive basic salary from £27k with an OTE of £35k+, and a structured commission scheme. You should be a confident communicator with a proactive, tenacious approach and a solid interest in the Somerset/Dorset recruitment market.

Competenze

• Excellent communication at all levels, verbal and written.
• Ability to identify and recruit candidates matching client needs.
• Experience managing clients and candidates under pressure.
• Proactive, tenacious and ethical approach to work.
• Sales experience or willingness to learn.

Mansioni

• Deliver exceptional customer service and nurture client relationships.
• Manage candidates by handling adverts, CV searches and writing job adverts.
• Conduct interviews and keep candidates updated on opportunities.
• Speccing candidates to prospective or current clients.
• Ensure compliance and maintain accurate records (electronic and paper).
• On rota 24/7 point of contact for clients and candidates.
• Understand forecasts, budgets and targets to run a profitable desk.
• Business development through phone or face-to-face meetings and promoting Thrive.
