Rise Technical Recruitment is seeking a Trainee Recruitment Consultant in Southernhay, Exeter. You will develop client and candidate relationships and learn the 360 recruitment process with strong support and progression opportunities.

Salary starts at £26,000 base plus uncapped commission (OTE £35k-£45k in year 1), with full training, incentives and regular socials as part of a fast-growing SME.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with clients and candidates.
• Win new business through outbound B2B sales.
• Source, interview, and place candidates across engineering, energy, tech, construction, and education sectors.
• Act as a trusted consultant throughout the hiring process.
