Job summary

Pertemps is recruiting a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to support a large-scale recruitment campaign during peak period. No prior recruitment experience is required and full training and ongoing support will be provided.

As a Contract Consultant, you will assist with attraction, onboarding and compliance, act as first point of contact for candidates, and help ensure a smooth recruitment journey while meeting targets.

Qualifications

• Confidence using Microsoft Office and other IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Supporting candidate attraction, recruitment, onboarding and compliance activities.
• Acting as the first point of contact for candidate enquiries.
• Assisting with end-to-end recruitment processes to ensure an excellent candidate experience.
• Using a range of sourcing techniques to attract and engage suitable candidates.
• Maintaining effective communication between candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Ensuring candidate records and recruitment systems are updated accurately and efficiently.
• Supporting the team in meeting recruitment targets and contractual requirements.
