My client is looking for 3 confident, charismatic, and driven fresh graduates to expand their Contract desk within the Tech space. This fast-paced and buoyant market offers significant earning potential. With classroom and hands-on training led by the Managing Director and Top Billers, you will learn from the best to become highly successful. Focusing on AI and Cloud markets, you will build relationships with tech professionals as an entrusted specialist.

• £27.5k base salary, increasing to £30k after 6 months upon promotion

• OTE in Year 1: 45k+; Year 2: 70k+; Year 3: 90k+

Your Responsibilities

• Cold calling, networking, headhunting to find clients and candidates
• Build strong relationships to become an entrusted Tech industry specialist
• Market mapping and advising clients on hiring
• Sourcing candidates, organizing calls, guiding through interview processes
• Negotiating and securing offers
• Sealing deals to earn commissions
