The Role - Trainee Recruitment Consultant

• Prospecting and Cold Calling: Reach out to potential clients and candidates, effectively pitching your services and roles, while handling rejection professionally.
• Candidate Guidance & Support: Guide candidates through each recruitment stage, offering advice and managing negotiations.
• Deal Negotiation: Negotiate terms and close deals ensuring mutual satisfaction.
• Client Meetings: Attend meetings to understand clients' specific hiring needs and preferences.
• Market Research: Conduct regular research to stay informed about sector trends and developments.
