TRAINEE RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT

• 27k base with a raise to 30k after promotion to consultant
• Promotion usually within 5-6 months if you are working hard and hitting usual targets expected by a trainee

The Role: 360 Recruitment:

• Doing your own business development and sourcing your clients through headhunting and offering your expertise
• Negotiating the contract and terms
• Understanding what clients look for in their ideal candidate
• Sourcing candidates through headhunting, advertising, cold calling, and LinkedIn
• Organising interviews and guiding candidates on answering questions well
• Making successful placements and earning your commission!

The Perfect Person for this Role:

• Degree educated with a 2:1 or above
• Strong sales experience – B2B, B2C, working with KPIs/commission
• A hard worker, with evidence
• Resilience
• Competitive, with evidence – e.g., sports
• Good communication skills and articulate
