The requirements:

• Sales experience, preferably B2B
• Ability to persuade, charm and negotiate successfully.
• Business development experience would be beneficial.
• Ambition! We pay an uncapped 25% commission to our permanent consultants and 22,5% commission to our contract consultants, with an additional commission for every consultant you manage as a team leader. So massive earning potential!

• Basic salary up to £27,000. With commission: up to £80.000 OTE achievable inside the first 12 months.
