The Role

1. Develop relationships with existing clients to understand their recruitment needs.
2. Build relationships with existing drivers to understand their job preferences.
3. Source new candidates using job boards and social media platforms.
4. Match the right candidate to the right job.
5. Engage in daily sales activities and build a pipeline of new business.
6. Generate new business through cold calling, recommendations, and inquiries.
7. Participate in staff development and training.
