Searchability National Security & Defence is hiring a Trainee Recruitment Consultant in Manchester. You will join a skilled team, receive comprehensive 1-2-1 training and access to extensive recruitment tools to build a successful career in 360 recruitment.

You will source candidates, grow client relationships, and manage the end-to-end candidate journey in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Travel for events is possible as required by our client meetings.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

As a part of the Searchability National Security & Defence team, you will join a highly experienced team who will support you to become a successful 360 recruitment consultant by providing full 1-2-1 training and a range of extensive tools to excel in your recruitment career with us.

Responsibilities include but aren't limited to: Sourcing candidates for live vacancies, business development to grow your client base, navigating all aspects of the candidate journey, working in a target driven environment, staying informed on industry trends, utilising tools and technologies in line with our company data standards. Occasionally you will be required to travel for Security Cleared EXPO events / client meetings, so you'll need the confidence to be client and candidate facing in person / over the phone / digitally.
