Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Trinity Partners are seeking Trainee Recruitment Consultants to join a growing company as we look to expand our team based out of our Manchester City Centre office to start in August 2025. No prior experience in recruitment is required and training is provided.

The Job:

· 360 Trainee Recruitment Consultant

· Actively source and qualify candidates

· Manage client's needs and expectations

· Maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates

· Working to improve recruitment efficiency

The Package:

· Starting basic salary £24,000 per annum

· Target based promotions

· Up to 25% uncapped commission

· First year earnings will exceed £40,000 when above minimum targets

· Annual target-based rewards trip (2022 Annual Reward was a trip to Chicago, 2023 Annual Reward was a trip to New York and the 2025 Annual Reward will be a trip to Las Vegas)

· Quarterly target based rewards (Most recent Quarterly Reward Trip was a day at Chester Races)

· Private Healthcare

This role is open to both university graduates and those that have not been to university. The only skills that we require are a working knowledge of IT, Maths and English as this position involves working with computers, working out percentages and drafting advertisements.
