We’re growing quickly and looking for an ambitious, motivated, and people-focused individual to join our team as a Digital Marketing Recruitment Consultant.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone at the start of their career who wants to break into recruitment, sales, digital marketing, or agency life — with full training, fast progression, and uncapped earning potential.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and engaging digital marketing talent across Paid Media, PPC, SEO, Paid Social, CRM, Creative, and Client Services
• Building relationships with candidates and understanding their career goals
• Supporting clients with hiring across agencies and in-house brands
• Writing job adverts, managing interview processes, and coordinating offers
• Using LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and outreach to build candidate pipelines
• Learning the digital marketing landscape and becoming a specialist in your market
• Working closely with senior consultants and founders to grow your desk
• Attending digital events, networking opportunities, and industry meetups
