Candidate Engagement

• Sourcing and headhunting top talent via your network, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach
• Advertising live roles and screening candidates
• Managing candidates through the full interview lifecycle and providing strategic guidance

Business Development

• Prospecting new clients through cold outreach and networking
• Building and managing long-term client relationships
• Attending meetings to understand hiring needs and consult on recruitment strategies
