Incentives

• £27k base salary, increasing to £32k within six months
• 40% commission on top of base salary, with no threshold

Role Responsibilities

• Engage in fast-paced sales activities to match clients with candidates
• Develop business by sourcing clients and demonstrating industry expertise
• Conduct market research and provide clients with competitive insights
• Head hunt candidates through cold calling, networking, and advertising
• Coordinate interviews and guide candidates through the hiring process
• Negotiate offers and secure placements to earn commissions
