Job summary

Programme One is recruiting entry-level Recruitment Consultants across the UK. This fast-paced, sales-focused role offers uncapped commission, mentor schemes, and clear progression within partner agencies.

Ideal for ambitious individuals who enjoy building candidate and client relationships and exceeding targets. You will generate new business through cold calls, video calls, email, and networking while developing expertise in a specialist market and managing KPIs and interviews.

Qualifications
