Responsibilities:

• Develop a good understanding of our clients, their industry, what they do, and their environment.
• Headhunt potential candidates that are already in work through social media.
• Advertise vacancies through various job boards.
• Use our internal database to match the right person to a client vacancy.
• Brief candidates about the responsibilities, salary, and benefits of our clients' vacancies.
• Build lasting relationships with job seekers over the phone/video calls.

Experience:

• Demonstrable experience in a sales or competitive environment.
• Good phone manner and telephony skills.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and CMS.
• Prior experience of building strong customer relationships.
• Record of being able to meet or exceed targets.

The successful candidate may not have previous experience in sales or recruitment but will be motivated by success and eager to achieve.
