Trainee / Graduate Recruitment Consultant Responsibilities

• Conducting calls with clients to build relationships and generate vacancies
• Acting as a Brand Champion, influencing Clients and Candidates to see Gravitas as the ‘Recruitment Partner of Choice’
• Research industry trends to speak knowledgeably about your recruitment area
• Writing compelling job briefs, posting on social media (LinkedIn), and emailing candidates
• Collaborating effectively within the team
• Developing professionally and personally with support from our Learning and Development team
• Meeting personal KPI and activity goals through our training programme
