What will you be doing? As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, your role will be varied and will involve:

• Sourcing and interviewing candidates to match them with suitable job opportunities.
• Building and maintaining relationships with both clients and candidates.
• Using social media and job boards to advertise vacancies.
• Managing the recruitment process from start to finish.
• Working closely with senior consultants to learn the ropes and grow your skills.
  
  

What We Are Looking For
