Trainee / Graduate Recruitment Consultant Responsibilities

• Conducting calls with clients to build long term relationships to generate vacancies and future business opportunities.
• You will act as a Brand Champion and influencing Clients and Candidates to see Gravitas as the ‘Recruitment Partner of Choice’.
• Continuingly carrying out research on respective industry to understand trends in your market to be able to talk knowledgeably about your specialist recruitment area.
• Writing captivating job briefs and posting on social media sites (LinkedIn) and sending through direct emails to candidates.
• You will work effectively as a team to foster the collaborative team spirit present in all Gravitas offices.
• You will be committed to developing you professional and personal growth with the undivided support of our hands on Learning and Development team.
• Through our compelling training programme, you will have all the help and support needed to meet your personal KPI and activity goals.
