As a result of recent growth, we are seeking to hire an outgoing and ambitious Trainee Consultant responsible for attracting high-caliber finance and accounting individuals to our agency/search firm.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Attract high-caliber candidates through various means and advertising.
2. Contact suitable candidates by phone to pre-screen/test their technical accounting ability, communication skills, and general suitability.
3. Greet and pre-interview each candidate before they meet a Recruitment Consultant.
4. Eventually manage the full interview and assessment process after initial training.
5. Maintain database integrity through general database management duties.
6. Assist in organizing events to attract new candidates and promote the company through client events.
7. Attend client meetings with consultants to assist with job briefings.
8. Collaborate with consultants on recruitment projects and senior-level appointments, providing head-hunting services when needed.

Candidate Requirements:

1. Degree educated or equivalent preferred.
2. Excellent and confident communicator capable of interacting with diverse individuals.
3. Target-driven and motivated by achieving goals (financial and others).
4. Highly organized with the ability to meet strict deadlines.
