£24,000 - £25,000 + commission
OTE £40,000 - £45,000 first year

This is best suited to someone who will thrive in a fast-paced, sales-driven role with huge ambitions to get into leadership and director-level roles and gain exceptional earnings from the commission structure.

The Role:

1. Full life-cycle - 360 recruitment position - Business Development
2. Clients: Identifying business partnership opportunities, cold calling, B2B sales, lead generation, relationship development, and securing new clients
3. Candidates: Managing job vacancies from clients, advertising roles, conducting interviews, and overseeing candidate management
4. Project Management: Managing the end-to-end recruitment process
