What's the role?

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll work in a fast-paced, target-driven sales environment, helping schools find the right talent and assisting individuals in finding fulfilling jobs. This is a sales-focused role requiring:

• Making outbound sales calls
• Building long-term client relationships
• Working to KPIs and targets
• Attending client visits and meetings (virtual and in-person)

Full training and ongoing support are provided, no prior recruitment experience needed.

Who are we looking for?

Graduates from any discipline with:

• A strong work ethic and drive to succeed
• Excellent communication skills and confidence on the phone
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Resilience and ability to thrive under pressure

Experience in sales, hospitality, retail, or customer-facing roles is a bonus. An interest in Education is also advantageous but not essential.

Additional requirements:

• A full UK driving license and access to a car (consideration given to applicants without, depending on location and travel needs)
