The Role - Trainee Recruitment Consultant

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients (on the phone and face-to-face)
• Identify and engage new business to understand their hiring needs
• Negotiate terms, fees, and contracts
• Source and screen candidates using job boards, recruiter searches, and headhunting
• Prepare candidates for interviews and coach them for success
• Manage feedback, close placements, and ensure satisfaction for both parties
