You will be trained from day one as a 360 Recruitment Consultant, building relationships with clients and candidates and learning to consult, advise and negotiate.

This entry-level role offers uncapped commission from day one, a strong training programme and a clear career path, with progression to Senior Consultant in a structured timeline.

Location: Birmingham (Jewellery Quarter)

Contract: Full-Time, Permanent (8:30am – 5:30pm Mon-Thurs with 4pm Finish on Fridays)
