Job summary

Pinson TM Limited is hiring Trainee and Qualified Traffic Management Operatives (and drivers) across the UK. You will work with direct and sub-contract labour, setting up and managing temporary traffic controls and ensuring safe, compliant operation on site.

The role requires reading CAD traffic management drawings, a valid Lantra qualification, and a driving licence with up to six points. Join a leading traffic management provider with robust safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience in one or more of the following positions: TTMBC Operative or related roles.
• Trainee Operatives and Qualified Operatives will work with direct and sub-contract labour to meet targets and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Setting up temporary traffic lights at roads required.
• Managing traffic flow at temporary lights and ensuring public compliance.
• Reporting needs to site or operations manager.
• Reading and interpreting CAD traffic management drawings.
• Maintaining and removing traffic management within required timescales.
• Assisting with traffic diversions.
• Ensure team works safely and to required quality.
• Comply with Health & Safety at Work Act at all times.
• Follow RAMS and related risk assessments.
• Assist with loading/unloading of materials.
• Report plant and vehicle defects.
