Job summary

Imperial College Healthcare NHS is seeking a Band 7 Enhanced Clinical Practitioner / Nurse Practitioner (ECP/NP) or a Band 6 Trainee ECP / Trainee NP to join our Integrated Sexual Health Service. The role supports complex sexual health care, with opportunities for clinical leadership and professional development.

We welcome applicants from nursing, midwifery, or allied health backgrounds who are keen to work autonomously in a supportive multidisciplinary environment.

Qualifications

• Provide supervision and training to junior colleagues and trainees.

• Depending on your level of experience:
• Assess, diagnose, and manage a range of complex sexual and reproductive health presentations, ensuring high standards of patient-centred care.
• Deliver safe, evidence-based interventions in line with national and local clinical guidelines, service protocols, and best practice.
• Contribute to clinical leadership through active involvement in line management, service development, quality improvement initiatives, and innovation in care delivery.
• Support the development of others by providing clinical supervision, mentorship, and training to junior colleagues, students, and trainees within the multidisciplinary team.
