Job summary

PRIMIS Mortgage Network is recruiting ambitious sales professionals to join its Protection Advisory network as Trainee Protection Advisers. This office-based role in Fareham includes full training and a base salary of £25,000 plus commission, with realistic earnings of £50,000–£75,000+, depending on performance.

Working hours are 9:30am–7:30pm (3 days), 9:30am–6:00pm (1 day), and 9:30am–4:30pm (Friday) with no weekend work.

Qualifications

• No formal qualifications are required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Advise customers over the telephone on protection products (Life Assurance, PMI, Business Protection, General Insurance).
• Operate within a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Utilise provided leads and opportunities to generate additional earnings through referrals.
