Overview

We are seeking a Sales Adviser to join our team in Leagrave, where you will have opportunities to grow and develop your career in the property industry.

As a Sales Adviser, you will play a key role in generating new business opportunities, increasing market share, and representing our Estate Agency in your local area.

Training Program:
  • One-week training at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre in Colchester
  • Industry-leading training, both in groups and one-to-one
  • Day-to-day learning from industry experts
  • Fully-paid hotel stay during training
  • Follow-up training within the first 5-6 weeks
Role Responsibilities:
  • Meet and exceed business targets regularly
  • Lead valuation activities using the Spicerhaart Ways
  • Proactively communicate valuation opportunities via ROSIE software
  • Fulfill property sale campaigns and maintain ROSIE standards
  • Prepare for and participate in morning meetings with updates
  • Implement structured canvassing strategies, track leads, and ensure no opportunity is missed
  • Engage in daily 1:1 meetings for coaching and development
  • Manage portal opportunities and respond to inbound leads
  • Maintain regular contact with local customers to generate valuation opportunities
  • Build referral business through excellent customer engagement
  • Participate in local canvassing, prospecting, and social media activities
  • Handle inbound calls, register applicants, and identify opportunities
  • Seek and secure Google reviews to enhance reputation
