As a Sales Adviser at haart Estate Agents in Dulwich, you will receive:
- £25,000 basic salary

Your journey as a Sales Adviser will begin with one week at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre:
- Purpose-built training location
- Industry-leading training delivered through one-to-one and group sessions
- Day-to-day learning led by our industry experts
- Fully-paid hotel stay for the duration of your training at our Learning & Development Centre in Colchester, depending on travel time and distance
- An exciting second week at the L&D Centre within your first five-to-six weeks of employment
How you will make an impact as a Sales Adviser at haart Estate Agents in Dulwich:
- Ensuring that your daily/weekly/monthly business targets are always met
- Acting as the custodian of the Spicerhaart Ways for Valuation generation activities within the branch
- Proactively communicate with all valuation opportunities within our ROSIE software system through high outbound call volumes, ensuring consistent contact
- Fulfill call-out campaigns targeted at properties for sale and maintain ROSIE standards
- Attend the Morning Meeting prepared with updates on the valuation pipeline
- Lead as the Canvassing Champion, implementing structured door-knocking and zonal canvassing strategies, tracking new listings, withdrawals, and lead opportunities, ensuring proper use of ROSIE
- Engage in daily 1:1 meetings with your line manager for coaching and business development
- Manage and respond to portal opportunities via Rightmove Opportunity Manager and On The Market Valuation Manager daily
- Respond to intranet leads promptly
- Use ROSIE to communicate frequently with Local Owner to Sell (LOTS) customers, aiming to close valuation opportunities
- Generate referral business through excellent customer engagement
- Participate in local canvassing and prospecting activities, including social media, door knocking, telephone prospecting, and leaflet distribution; build your personal brand through social media and video content
- Handle inbound calls, ensuring applicant registration and identifying opportunities for valuations, viewings, and financial services
- Seek opportunities for 5-star Google reviews from engaged customers to enhance brand and personal reputation

- Full, clean UK driving license
- Access to your own vehicle in good condition
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Basic IT skills and attention to detail
