We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Trainee Property Manager in Coventry. This role offers an excellent opportunity for those eager to develop their skills in property management, with comprehensive training provided. You will support the management of residential properties, gaining valuable industry experience.

As a Trainee Property Manager at haart Estate Agents in Coventry, you will receive:

• £26,700 OTE per year
• Uncapped commission
• Company Car (Full UK Driving Licence required)
• Full-time hours: 8:30am to 6pm weekdays, 9am to 5pm one-in-four Saturdays

Your training will start with one week at our Learning & Development Centre:

• Purpose-built training facility

Key responsibilities as a Property Manager include:

• Booking and conducting property inspections
• Negotiating tenancy extensions and renewals
• Managing maintenance and repair issues with contractors
• Processing deposit returns and resolving rental arrears
• Handling eviction requests
• Ensuring properties comply with health and safety standards
• Building relationships with landlords and tenants
• Managing complaints and conducting check-in/out procedures with inventory reports
