Job summary

Reed in the United Kingdom is seeking a proactive Trainee Project Supervisor with hands-on construction site experience to grow into a Project Manager. You'll work alongside seasoned PMs across London and the South East, learning commercial, technical and operational aspects while delivering installations from start to finish.

You'll gain exposure to site surveys, planning, reporting, and liaison with customers and subcontractors, developing the skills and confidence to progress within project

Do you have experience working in construction, fit-out, bathrooms, waterproofing, or a related trade?

Pperhaps you've had some supervisory responsibilities and are ready to progress, but haven't yet had the opportunity to move into project management.

What's the Opportunity?

This role is designed for someone with practical construction experience who wants to learn the commercial, technical and operational side of managing projects. Working alongside experienced Project Managers and the Operations Team, you'll develop the skills, knowledge and confidence needed to progress into a Project Manager position.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Trainee Project Supervisor, you'll spend your time across live projects throughout London and the South East, supporting the successful delivery of installations from start to finish.

Your responsibilities will include:

What We're Looking For

We're more interested in attitude and potential than previous project management experience.

You'll be a great fit if you have:

Experience working within construction, fit-out, bathrooms, waterproofing, maintenance or a similar environment

Confidence working on construction sites and communicating with different trades

Good organisational skills and attention to detail

A proactive, solutions-focused approach

Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

A full UK driving licence

Bonus points if you have:

• Previous supervisory, team leader or site coordination experience
• A CSCS card (or willingness to obtain one)
• Experience producing site reports or inspections
