Job summary

Facilities management intrapreneur ltd is seeking a Project Supervisor to oversee on-site projects across national sites. This hybrid role reports to the Senior Project Manager and offers a salary up to £52,000 plus £5,000 travel and a bonus, with potential for career growth in M&E refurbishment and energy projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite management/supervision of projects on client sites.
• Deliver projects to completion on time, with H&S standards and client satisfaction.
• Identify, reduce and manage risks (technical, statutory, health and safety) for each project.
• Ensure compliance with company project management policies and procedures.
• Provide safe working conditions and ensure health and safety policy is applied across projects and subcontractors.
• Build strong relationships with sub-contractors to ensure cost-effective solutions.
• Assist PMs/HoPs to support project development and team collaboration.
• Manage delivery of projects within budget with focus on profitability.
• Apply control systems to meet statutory, policy and contractual commitments.
• Maintain customer focus and nurture relationships with client contacts and site teams.
• Support sales through solutions development and client meetings.

Job Title: Project Supervisor

Location: Hybrid Role with National Sites

Reporting to: Senior Project Manager

Salary: Up to £52,000 plus £5,000 travel, plus bonus.

This role would suit a Graduate Project Manager

Purpose of the Job

Due to continued growth we require a Project Supervisor to work on a wide range of extra works projects. Successful applicants will be able to demonstrate a proven track record as a Project / Site Supervisor on M&E contracts. You will have experience in both internal and external refurbishment, fabric, M&E and energy projects. Providing on site management/supervision of project opportunities within the location. To ensure projects are delivered to meet time, H&S requirements and to meet or exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide onsite management/supervision of projects on client sites.
• To deliver projects to completion on time, to required H&S standards and to the satisfaction of all parties, expectations to be exceeded wherever possible.
• To identify, reduce and manage all risks (technical, statutory, health and safety, otherwise) associated with each and every project.
• Ensure compliance with company project management policies and procedures.
• Ensure the provision of healthy and safe working conditions and that both clients and Company health and safety policy and process is effectively implemented across both company and sub-contractor activities, and are regularly reviewed on each and every project. This will include the timely delivery of a Health and Safety file for the works and full compliance with CDM regulations.
• To build strong relationships with sub-contractors, in particular preferred suppliers, to ensure cost effective solutions which meets our quality expectations can be delivered to our clients whilst managing the risk and ensuring back to back terms and conditions.
• Assisting the PM's & HoP's to ensure development of the projects business with effective team working and support of colleagues.
• Work with the PM's & HoP's to manage the delivery of projects within agreed budget requirements with the target to maximise profit through cost reductions and better buying of sub-contractor services.
• Apply appropriate control systems to ensure statutory, policy and contractual commitments are met.
• Ensuring a customer focus within all areas of operational activities, and that effective relationships are maintained with key client contacts and the companies site teams/managers to identify and win project opportunities.
• Supporting the sales process through solutions development, participation in presentations and consultation meetings.

Accountabilities

• Reporting to the Head of Projects and/or a Senior PM.
• Accountable day-to-day to the relevant client contacts.
• QHSE delivery responsibility for individual projects
