Job summary

Glacier Energy is recruiting a Trainee Project Engineer to support the coordination and delivery of projects from our Washington site in Newcastle. The role involves liaising with clients, preparing documentation, maintaining records, and supporting workshop and site operations.

You will assist with quotes, surveys, and method statements, while learning our ERP system (Aessop) and ensuring project milestones are met.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support project delivery to meet time, budget and quality targets.
• Liaise with clients to clarify requirements and develop project scope.
• Maintain project records and generate progress reports.
• Support use of the ERP system for orders, surveys, quotes and forecasting.
• Update client reports on a weekly basis and maintain Aessop data.
• Ensure adherence to QHSE processes and company policies.
