You'll collaborate with operations, design teams and clients to define practical, cost-effective solutions for water and wastewater treatment sites, supporting projects from pre-construction through commissioning.

Qualifications

• Experience in mechanical project engineering within the UK water industry.
• Scoping or front-end engineering activities.
• Mechanical design coordination and asset assessment.

Responsibilities

• Carry out mechanical site surveys and asset condition assessments.
• Develop project scopes and engineering solutions for water/wastewater sites.
• Produce feasibility studies and optioneering reports.
• Define mechanical equipment replacements and upgrade strategies.
• Support outline and detailed design teams with engineering input.
• Prepare budgets, estimates and technical scopes for tender.
• Coordinate with commercial and delivery teams during pre-construction.
• Provide technical support through construction and commissioning.
• Liaise with water company clients, operations teams and subcontractors.
