Job summary

Rubicon Recruitment Group is seeking a Trainee Powder Coater in Wareham to join a small, hands-on team. You will be trusted to finish quality work and learn a genuine trade through full training, with clear progression toward a permanent skilled role.

Roles are Monday to Friday with early finishes and no weekend work. You will learn to operate powder coating equipment, follow safety procedures, and develop meticulous attention to detail while contributing to a high-quality finish.

Qualifications

• No previous powder coating experience required; full training provided.
• High attention to detail.
• Comfortable with manual handling and lifting.
• Able to follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Spray paint components to a high standard using powder coating equipment.
• Prepare items thoroughly ahead of painting.
• Mask and demask parts as required.
• Maintain and care for spray equipment; keep area tidy.

Paying £13.00 per hour.

As a Trainee Powder Coater, you will benefit from:

As a Trainee Powder Coater, your responsibilities will include:

• Spray painting components to a high standard using powder coating equipment
• Preparing items thoroughly ahead of painting
• Masking and demasking parts as required
• Maintaining and caring for spray equipment
• Keeping the work area clean and organised through general housekeeping duties

As a Trainee Powder Coater, your experience will include:

• Previous spraying experience is highly desirable but not essential, full training given
• A genuinely high level of attention to detail
• Comfortable with manual handling and heavy lifting experience labouring
• Confident using hand and power tools
• A good understanding of written English to follow instructions and safety procedures
