Lift Kingswood offers a school-based Initial Teacher Training programme for aspiring Physics teachers. Earn while you learn via the Apprenticeship route, working toward a PGCE and QTS with dedicated mentoring in an outstanding school.

The programme runs for 1 year full-time, including Summer School dates in August 2027, with strong практиcal classroom experience and a clear progression path through in-school coaching and national training sessions.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physics (or related field) preferred; strong A-Level in Physics considered.
• Undergraduate degree with 2:2 classification or above by start of programme.
• GCSEs: English and Mathematics at grade 4/C or above.

Responsibilities

• Learn directly in the classroom with expert mentors during the apprenticeship.
