Job summary

Rowlands Pharmacy (Phoenix Medical Supplies) in Leicestershire is seeking a Trainee Healthcare Partner (Pharmacy Dispenser) to join our dynamic team. You will learn to support pharmacy services, interact with customers and patients, and grow your skillset in a collaborative environment.

The role offers training and development, with working hours Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm and Saturdays 9am-12pm (alternate). The branch is located at 25 Leicester Road, Shepshed.

Qualifications

• Qualification in Healthcare Assistants Course (level 2) or equivalent.
• Experience in a customer-focused environment is desirable.
• Full training and development opportunities will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Participate in branch processes and establish relationships with customers, patients and healthcare professionals.
• Assist in the delivery of all pharmacy services where appropriate.
• You will be an ambassador for Rowlands Pharmacy serving the community on a day-to-day basis.
• Support team in achieving service targets and standards.
