Phoenix Group is seeking a Trainee Healthcare Partner (Pharmacy Dispenser) to join our team. This 24-hour weekly FTC role offers training and development opportunities, with a focus on patient care and pharmacy services within our community.

You will gain qualifications such as Healthcare Assistants Course (level 2) and Medicine Counter Assistant (MCA) and participate in branch operations while building relationships with customers and healthcare professionals.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in all branch processes and engage with customers and healthcare professionals.
• Participate in the delivery of all pharmacy services where appropriate.
• Be an ambassador for the Rowlands Pharmacy serving the community daily.

Total Working Hours: 24hrs - FTC 12mts.
Working Pattern: Week 1 Monday 10-2 (4 hours) Tues 10-2 (4 hours) Wed 10-2 (4 hours) Thurs 12:30 - 3.00pm Fri 10-2 (4 hours) Sat 9-11.30 (2.5 hours every other Saturday)" Week 2 Monday 10-2 (4 hours) Tues 10-2 (4 hours) Wed 10-2 (4 hours) Thurs 12:30 - 5.30pm Fri 10-2 (4 hours) Sat 0.00
Rate of Pay: £12.82ph

You will be given the opportunity to gain the following qualifications:

You will participate in all branch processes and establish relationships with customers, patients as well as healthcare professionals. You will assist in the delivery of all pharmacy services where appropriate. You will be an ambassador for Rowlands Pharmacy serving the community and interacting with customers on a day-to-day basis.
