Job summary

Phoenix Group is seeking a motivated Trainee Healthcare Partner (Pharmacy Dispenser) to join our Leigh Park branch in Havant. You will learn on the job, assist in dispensing medicines, and support day-to-day pharmacy operations. This role offers training, development opportunities, and a pathway to professional qualifications as you grow.

The position is 25.5 hours per week with pay at £12.82 per hour. You will work with customers, patients and healthcare professionals, upholding confidentiality

Qualifications

• Willingness to complete Healthcare Assistants Course and MCA qualifications.
• Ability to deliver friendly customer service in a pharmacy setting.
• Commitment to confidentiality and accurate handling of medicines.

Responsibilities

• Participate in all branch processes and build relationships with customers, patients and healthcare professionals.
• Assist in the delivery of all pharmacy services where appropriate.
• Be an ambassador for Rowlands Pharmacy and engage with the community daily.
