Job summary

Superdrug Stores in Warrington Cockhedge is hiring a Trainee Pharmacy Assistant. This is a 22-hour-per-week role across three days, with a view to training toward a Pharmacy Dispenser qualification. You’ll learn on the job while supporting the pharmacy team and helping customers.

The position offers on-the-job training, progression toward a Pharmacy Dispenser qualification, and opportunities within Superdrug’s network of pharmacies and health clinics.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; interest in healthcare and helping customers.
• Friendly, positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Able to work well in a team or independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the pharmacy team with counter sales and stock replenishment.
• Provide friendly, attentive service to customers and patients.
• Maintain high standards of presentation and merchandising.
• Learn on the job and undertake a Healthcare Assistant course.
• Progress towards a Pharmacy Dispenser qualification over time.
