Job summary

Cohens Chemist in Lytham St Annes is seeking a 40-hour Trainee Pharmacy Assistant on a permanent contract at our St Annes Health Centre branch. You will gain knowledge and work toward the Counter Course and NVQ level 2 in Dispensing.

Duties include dispensing and labeling prescriptions with pharmacist supervision, stock management in the dispensary and shop, and delivering high-quality customer service. Training is provided and progression opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and willingness to undertake training courses.
• Ability to work accurately with prescriptions under supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Accurate dispensing and labeling of prescription items under Pharmacist guidance.
• Assist with ordering and management of stock in the dispensary and shop.
• Provide high standard of customer service and work as part of a team.
