Job summary

Superdrug in Grimsby is recruiting for a Trainee Pharmacy Assistant. No experience required and 8 hours per week with flexible shifts. You will support counter sales, stock replenishment and provide friendly service while learning on the job toward a Pharmacy Dispenser qualification.

This role offers real training and progression in healthcare in a busy, customer-facing setting. You’ll join a large UK network of pharmacies with excellent training, discounts, and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; passion for healthcare and customer service.
• Friendly, positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work well in a team or independently.
• Confidence to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the pharmacy team with counter sales and stock replenishment.
• Providing friendly, attentive service to customers and patients.
• Maintaining high standards of presentation and merchandising.
• Learning on the job and undertaking a Healthcare Assistant course.
• Progressing towards a Pharmacy Dispenser qualification over time.
